Independent dealers · offline-first local workflows

Run the whole lot from one desk — inventory to invoice.

NextEleven Lot Management is a locally installed application for vehicle inventory, customer follow-up, sales records, and printed documents. Core local workflows are designed to remain available without an internet connection; features that depend on external services require connectivity and separately configured access. Documented interfaces are available in English, Spanish, and Arabic and should be reviewed during acceptance.

What this replaces

Most independent lots run on a spreadsheet, a phone full of photos, a folder of half-finished paperwork, and one person who remembers the rest. It works right up until it doesn't — and buyers can tell.

Scattered inventory

No single answer for what's on the lot

Photos sit on somebody's phone, costs live in a spreadsheet, and VINs get passed around in text messages. Nobody can say what a unit actually cost you without asking three people.

Fragile paperwork

Every deal gets rebuilt from scratch

Tax gets calculated by hand. A voided sale doesn't put the car back in inventory. The invoice looks different depending on who typed it.

Lost numbers

Book-out values disappear

Your manager books a unit out, writes the numbers somewhere, and by the time you're pricing it those figures are gone. The decision gets made on memory instead.

What the desk does

One application on the lot floor covering inventory, customers, sales, paperwork, and reporting — with your people in control and no pretending about what it can't do.

Working today

Inventory

  • Type the VIN, get the vehicle — and it still works with no internet
  • Cost, pack, and asking price on every unit
  • Photos attached to the unit, not somebody's phone
  • Book-out values recorded where you'll actually see them

Customers and sales

  • Customers and leads in one list
  • Build the sale, set the tax rate, and void it cleanly — a void puts the car back in stock
  • Printed PDF invoices saved to your own machine
  • Deal notes attached to the unit they belong to

Running the business

  • Scheduling for appointments and follow-up
  • A reports screen for what sold, what's aging, and what it cost
  • One-click backup and restore
  • Individual logins, with a forced password change on first use

Built for your floor

  • English, Español, and العربية — including a documented right-to-left layout
  • A high-contrast dark interface for lot environments
  • Invoices and documents available from one sidebar
  • Core records stored locally unless a separately configured external service is used

What's ready today, and what isn't

We would rather lose the deal than have you find out after signing. Here is the honest split.

Running now

What you get on day one

  • Inventory, customers, sales, documents, scheduling, reports, and settings
  • Printed PDF invoices, opened straight from the desk
  • Book-out fields on every unit card
  • Full English, Spanish, and Arabic, right-to-left included
  • Local database with backups you control
Not yet

What we won't pretend to have

  • A live Kelley Blue Book feed — that needs a licensed dealer agreement, so book-out is manual entry today
  • A full multi-user cloud version on day one
  • Everything a full CDK or Reynolds install does
  • A shared database across multiple lots without a scoped agreement
  • Payments or electronic title filing that run without a person approving them
